Transport will be organised for you if required. If you cannot attend a 'proxy' form will be provided to you to complete.

***The Committee requests that nominations for committee positions be submitted in advance. This will allow members to be informed of the candidates who have put themselves forward for election prior to the voting process. (Nomination form attached). 

To All Members,
We are hoping most of you will be able to attend & vote for your new committee.

However, to vote you must be a fully paid-up member.

We have set the annual fee to $12 to be paid by 30th June each year.
This then becomes pro-rata at $1 each month, for any new members joining up during the following year.

As we operate purely on grants & donations, this fee helps in a very small way.
